SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped.

We charge $3.99 for shipping on orders less than $30. Orders over $30 will be shipped for free! In order to keep our prices down, orders take about 2-3 weeks to arrive after shipment.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2-3 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@goldenlefhomeboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@goldenleafhomeboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
